Australian Orders:

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Tracking number provided.
Platinum express shipping is available for an additional $8, providing guaranteed next business day delivery to any metro area within Australia (orders must be placed before 12pm AEST to avoid an additional day being added to the delivery time).

New Zealand:

$12 flat rate shipping. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days. Express shipping available for $30 (Approximately 3-5 business days for delivery).

International Orders:

The Closet Monster ships to all countries worldwide. Flat rate $15 standard international shipping to any country (approximate delivery time is between 5 and 12 business days). Express international shipping is available for $50 and takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to metro areas of major cities around the world. Tracking number provided.

All returned items must be in their original brand new condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition cannot be returned (except for manufacturer's faults).

Please email returns@theclosetmonster.com and provide us with your order number and the name and size of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will then provide you with the details for your return. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and issue you with a refund or if preferred, an exchange.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns made after 14 days may be refused or issued with a store credit, at The Closet Monster's discretion.

Sale Items:

Sale items can only be returned for store credit, or exchanged. As with regular items, returns must be made within 14 days and all items must be in their original condition with tags.

Swimwear and Underwear:

Swimwear may only be returned for store credit, provided that it has not been worn and any hygiene seals are still intact. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for underwear. Please consult our size guide before making your purchase.
